This is a half-dozen break-and-bake biscuit-like experience that eats like a fantasy.

My favorite parts of a biscuit are the top, bottom and edges. So for the person who comes Before Anyone Else (aka your bae) we’ve baked up a creation of my goat cheese soaked, raspberry glazed dreams. This is not your mile-high fluffy biscuit, this is the muffin top of the biscuit world: all about the crispy, chewy bits. Thin, flecked with blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, our Bae-Berry biscuit bottoms are crunchy in many places, soft in others and sophisticated from bottom to bottom. 

Since these little guys are the kind of thing you want straight from the oven, we’re switching this Handy and Hot up and letting you bake these biscuit bottoms on your own. The biscuit-bottom dough will arrive partially thawed. You’ll re-freeze, break them apart, and bake from frozen at a toasty 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Last step is drizzling a little icing on top for your Valentine.

I have an allergy. Where can I find the ingredients?
Flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, lemon zest, butter, goat cheese, buttermilk, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, powdered sugar, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, evaporated milk

Is it vegan or gluten-free?
No and no.

What comes in the kit?
Six break-and-bake biscuit bottoms and six ounces of raspberry vanilla icing

How long will this treat keep? Should they be refrigerated? Can it be frozen?
After arriving, the biscuits should be placed in the freezer and stored there. In the freezer, the biscuits will last for several months.

Can I include a gift message?
Absolutely. During checkout you’ll have the option to include a short note on the packing slip.

What’s the deal with shipping?
All orders are shipped standard overnight via FedEx on February 10th and 11th.

As much as we’d love to hand deliver your package, we haven’t figured that out yet. So we have to rely on FedEx to do that job for us and, while we have full faith, we are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Can my order be shipped to a P.O. Box?
Shucks, no. Our precious cargo is shipped through FedEx and they are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
